When your business grows, so does the workload and workflow. There may be new departments or divisions popping up within the company, new leadership teams, and new employees.

Systemizing processes will help create your company’s unique dimension. By defining and documenting processes, a company is able to create more efficiency and scalability.
But what areas should you define processes for?
There are several areas that should be your focus, and they are:
*HR Process
*Marketing
*Sales
*Operations
*Accounting and finance
*Customer service
Within each area it is important to document as core processes. You will also want to keep it simple and to the point.
You do not need every nitty gritty detail written down, and you want to keep the 80/20 rule in mind: only document 20% of what needs to be done to accomplish 80% of the results intended.
Once you have created all your processes and procedure you will want to bring it all together and have it accessible to everyone within the company.
From there, you will be able to more consistently train, manage workflow, improve efficiency, create consistency!
